You must not:

  • list a vehicle you do not have the right to represent;

The ICO notes that content moderation involves the processing of personal data and should be done with proper safeguards and fairness.

DriveGT may edit, reject, or remove editorial-style content to maintain quality, tone, accuracy, and legal safety.

8. Artificial or automated content

DriveGT may use system-generated, assisted, or editorially enhanced content in selected areas of the platform. Members must not use automation or generated content in a deceptive way, including:

  • fake owner stories,
  • fake sale urgency,
  • fake market activity,
  • fake engagement,
  • fake identities,
  • fake vehicle records.

Any member-submitted content remains the member’s responsibility, even if tools were used to help prepare it.

  • review content,
  • hide content,
  • label content,
  • remove content,
  • restrict visibility,

We may take action with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary for: safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, platform integrity, quality control, or protection of members and the brand.
