1. About DriveGT

DriveGT is a private automotive network designed for vehicle owners, collectors, dealers, and professional buyers. The platform allows members to create private garages, document vehicles, follow garages, view market intelligence, receive or submit offers, and access member-only automotive discovery tools.

DriveGT is not a public classifieds marketplace. Vehicles on the platform may be documented, privately visible, open to offers, or actively marked for sale depending on member settings.

2. Membership Types

DriveGT currently offers two membership tiers:

Owner Membership
For private vehicle owners and collectors who wish to build a private garage, document current and past vehicles, access valuation tools, and receive serious offers.

Professional Membership
For dealers, traders, and professional buyers who wish to access Pre-Market inventory, receive sell signals, and submit offers inside the network.

DriveGT may update membership features, limits, pricing, and eligibility criteria from time to time.

3. Eligibility

To use DriveGT, you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• provide accurate and complete registration information;
• use the platform only for lawful purposes; and
• not impersonate another person or business.

Professional accounts may be subject to additional verification and approval requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• all activity under your account;
• ensuring your registration information remains accurate and up to date.

DriveGT may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are false, misleading, abusive, inactive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

5. Garage and Vehicle Content

Members may upload and manage:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, ownership, and legality of the content you upload.

You must not upload:

• garage cover images and profile photos;
• vehicle details, specifications, valuations, condition data, and ownership information;
• media including photos and videos;
• editorial or descriptive text associated with their vehicles.
• false vehicle information;
• content you do not own or have permission to use;
• misleading claims about originality, ownership, provenance, mileage, or condition;
• unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing material.

DriveGT may remove, edit, restrict, or moderate content at its discretion where necessary to protect members, maintain quality, or enforce these Terms.

6. Privacy and Visibility

DriveGT is designed around controlled visibility and privacy.

By default or by member-selected settings, certain information may be visible to other members, including:

• username;
• first name;
• country;
• garage name;
• vehicle information and public media;
• selected market intelligence and engagement indicators.

Unless expressly unlocked through accepted interactions or direct member choice, personal identity, private contact data, and sensitive records remain confidential. Members may control certain privacy settings, including garage visibility, message permissions, and offer permissions.

7. Offers, Interest, and Negotiation

DriveGT allows eligible members to:

All offers and negotiations on DriveGT are private between members and are subject to platform rules, limits, and cooldowns.

DriveGT does not guarantee:

• submit private offers on vehicles;
• express interest in vehicles;
• receive counter offers, acceptances, declines, and other negotiation responses.
• that any offer will receive a response;
• that any offer will be accepted;
• that any vehicle is available for sale;
• that any negotiation will result in a transaction.

DriveGT is not a party to any final sale contract between members unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.

8. Pre-Market and Sell Signals

Certain vehicles may appear in the Pre-Market environment where owners have enabled relevant settings and where visibility is permitted by DriveGT.

Professional members may also receive sell signals when an owner activates a sale intent on a documented vehicle.

DriveGT does not guarantee:

• continuous visibility of any vehicle;
• the accuracy of any owner’s willingness to sell;
• exclusivity of any signal or opportunity.

DriveGT reserves the right to limit, prioritise, rank, or suppress listings, garages, or signals according to platform rules and product logic.

9. Valuation and Market Intelligence Disclaimer

Any market values, valuation ranges, pulse indicators, radar rankings, and other market intelligence shown on DriveGT are estimates for informational purposes only.

They may be based on factors such as:

• regional sales data;
• dealer inventory;
• private market activity;
• auction results;
• member-selected country or region;
• condition, originality, and other vehicle attributes.

These figures do not constitute guaranteed market prices, financial advice, resale certainty, or professional appraisal services. Members remain solely responsible for their own buying, selling, and valuation decisions. UK law recognises digital content and services consumer protections, but estimated valuation tools should still be clearly presented as indicative rather than guaranteed.

10. Membership Fees and Payments

Membership fees are payable in advance at the prices shown at checkout.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout:

• memberships are for the selected term only;
• access begins after successful payment and any required verification;
• membership may expire automatically at the end of the paid period unless renewed.

DriveGT may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe or other providers, to process payments, taxes, receipts, and invoices. Members are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

11. Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

If your membership is presented as a one-time non-auto-renewing term, it will end on its expiry date unless renewed manually.

If any subscription or recurring billing model is introduced later, DriveGT will present those terms clearly before purchase.

Where applicable under UK consumer law, distance-selling information, cancellation rights, and digital content/service rules may apply; however, where a digital membership or service begins immediately with your express consent, your right to cancel may be reduced or lost in line with applicable law.

Except where required by law, membership fees are non-refundable once access has begun.

12. Notifications and Communications

By using DriveGT, you agree that we may send you:

• service emails;
• account and verification emails;
• membership and billing notifications;
• offer, message, and garage activity alerts;
• platform updates;
• optional market, story, editorial, or event notifications depending on your settings.

13. Acceptable Use

You must not:

DriveGT may investigate misuse and take action including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, permanent bans, and legal reporting where appropriate.

• misuse the platform to scrape, harvest, or copy data;
• spam members with messages or offers;
• use DriveGT for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes;
• attempt to bypass account type restrictions;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the platform;
• upload malware, harmful code, or unauthorized automation.

14. Intellectual Property

All DriveGT branding, design, software, interfaces, visual systems, text, graphics, and platform functionality are owned by or licensed to Spartan Horse Media Ltd.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but by uploading content to DriveGT you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, process, adapt, and use that content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the platform.

You confirm you have the rights necessary to upload and share your content.

15. Platform Availability

DriveGT may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, bug-free operation, or compatibility with all devices, browsers, or environments.

We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, and change platform features without prior notice.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveGT and Spartan Horse Media Ltd shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

• indirect or consequential loss;
• loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings;
• failed vehicle deals or missed sale opportunities;
• inaccurate user-uploaded content;
• valuation differences or market outcomes;
• member-to-member conduct or disputes.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spartan Horse Media Ltd, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• your use of DriveGT;
• your uploaded content;
• your breach of these Terms;
• your dealings with other members.

18. Suspension and Termination

DriveGT may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

You may stop using DriveGT at any time. Termination does not remove obligations that arose before termination.

• you breach these Terms;
• your account presents legal, fraud, abuse, or safety concerns;
• your conduct harms the platform, members, or brand integrity;
• payment fails or membership expires.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify members. Continued use of DriveGT after updates take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from or connected with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
