Garage & Vehicle Policy

Effective date: 13 March 2026

This Garage & Vehicle Policy explains how vehicle content, garages, offers, private interactions, and member-to-member conduct work on DriveGT.

DriveGT is operated by:

Spartan Horse Media Ltd.
483 Green Lanes, London, United Kingdom, N13 4BS
Company Number: 14950881
VAT No: GB484 4080 80

By using DriveGT, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of DriveGT

DriveGT is a private automotive network where members can:

  • create garages,
  • document current and past vehicles,
  • view market intelligence,
  • discover garages or vehicles,
  • exchange private interest,
  • send or receive offers.

DriveGT is not a public classifieds marketplace, dealer, broker, auction house, escrow provider, or payment processor for member-to-member vehicle transactions. DriveGT does not buy, sell, broker, inspect, store, ship, finance, guarantee, certify, or transfer ownership of vehicles listed or documented on the platform.

2. Garages and Vehicle Pages

Members may create garages and add vehicles with:

  • specifications,
  • media,
  • condition and originality details,
  • ownership status,
  • market signals,
  • sale or offer preferences.

A vehicle may appear on DriveGT even if it is not actively for sale. Some members may choose to remain open to serious offers without publicly listing their vehicle. The existence of a vehicle, garage, offer setting, or sale signal on DriveGT does not guarantee: the owner wants to sell, the vehicle is available, the data is complete or accurate, or that a transaction will occur.

3. Member Responsibility for Garage and Vehicle Information

Members are solely responsible for the content they upload and the statements they make about their garages and vehicles.

This includes responsibility for:

  • accuracy of vehicle details,
  • ownership claims,
  • originality claims,
  • mileage,
  • condition,
  • provenance,
  • media uploaded,
  • sale status,
  • pricing,
  • documentation statements.

DriveGT does not independently verify every garage, vehicle, or claim made by members and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or legality of member-submitted content.

4. Privacy and Identity Protection

DriveGT is designed around controlled privacy.

As a general rule, DriveGT keeps a member’s private contact information hidden unless and until the member chooses to share it directly.

Members must understand that:

  • usernames, first names, countries, garage images, and vehicle information may be visible according to platform settings;
  • direct contact details and personal identity should only be shared at the member’s own discretion;
  • once a member voluntarily shares personal details with another member, DriveGT cannot control how that information is used outside the platform.

Members should be extremely cautious when deciding to exchange: names, phone numbers, email addresses, business details, bank details, meeting locations, documents, copies of IDs, or vehicle papers.

5. Offers, Interest, and Private Negotiations

DriveGT allows members to send offers, counter offers, expressions of interest, and related private communications.

All negotiations are strictly between members.

DriveGT is not involved in:

  • setting prices,
  • negotiating final terms,
  • checking funds,
  • checking ownership,
  • verifying paperwork,
  • arranging payment,
  • holding deposits,
  • arranging escrow,
  • arranging transport,
  • transferring title,
  • resolving inspection disputes,
  • guaranteeing delivery.

DriveGT is not a party to any agreement, understanding, or transaction made between members. Any decision to proceed with a vehicle purchase, sale, deposit, exchange of information, or offline meeting is entirely at the members’ own risk.

6. No Payments Through DriveGT

DriveGT does not ask members to send money to other members through the platform.

DriveGT does not act as:

  • escrow,
  • custodian,
  • transaction intermediary,
  • payment guarantor,
  • title transfer service.

You must never send money, deposits, bank transfers, crypto payments, or any other funds to another member purely because they appear on DriveGT. You must also never send money to anyone claiming to represent DriveGT for a vehicle transaction, deposit, reservation, inspection, shipping, or release of a car, unless that payment is clearly part of an official DriveGT membership or service payment presented through our verified payment flow. If someone claims that DriveGT is holding a vehicle, DriveGT is collecting a deposit, DriveGT requires an urgent payment to release a car, DriveGT needs a wire transfer to confirm a sale, or DriveGT is guaranteeing a transaction between members, you should assume this may be fraudulent unless confirmed directly through official DriveGT support channels.

7. Member Safety Warning

Members must be extremely cautious when dealing with other members.

You should:

  • verify identity independently,
  • verify ownership independently,
  • inspect documents independently,
  • inspect vehicles independently,
  • use professional legal and financial advice where appropriate,
  • conduct any payment or transaction only through methods you trust and control.

DriveGT strongly recommends that members: do not rely solely on platform profiles or messages; do not send deposits without proper due diligence; do not release private information too quickly; do not assume a member is trustworthy simply because they have a garage or profile on DriveGT; do not meet in unsafe locations; and do not transfer money on the basis of urgency or pressure.

8. No Warranty, Certification, or Verification by DriveGT

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by DriveGT, nothing on the platform should be interpreted as:

  • vehicle verification,
  • seller verification,
  • legal ownership verification,
  • title verification,
  • inspection certification,
  • authenticity certification,
  • originality certification,
  • valuation guarantee,
  • finance or fraud clearance,
  • accident history guarantee.

Any valuation, market range, pulse, or intelligence shown on DriveGT is for informational purposes only and does not replace inspection, professional appraisal, legal review, or due diligence.

9. Fraud, Impersonation, and Suspicious Conduct

DriveGT may take action against accounts that appear to engage in:

  • fraud,
  • impersonation,
  • deceptive listings,
  • fake offers,
  • phishing,
  • misleading identity claims,
  • payment scams,
  • document abuse,
  • harassment,
  • off-platform scams.

However, members must understand that no platform can eliminate all risks. If you receive a suspicious request involving money, banking details, documents, urgent transfers, fake invoices, identity requests, “DriveGT agent” claims, escrow claims, or shipping or release fees, do not proceed. Report it immediately to DriveGT support.

10. Member-to-Member Transactions Are At Your Own Risk

Any transaction, negotiation, exchange of data, meeting, inspection, or agreement entered into between members is solely between those members.

DriveGT has no responsibility for:

  • whether a seller owns a vehicle,
  • whether a buyer has funds,
  • whether a vehicle exists as described,
  • whether documents are genuine,
  • whether a payment is real,
  • whether a sale completes,
  • whether a party disappears,
  • whether a party misuses private information.

Members assume full risk in dealing with one another.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveGT and Spartan Horse Media Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • any loss arising from a vehicle sale or failed sale,
  • any loss arising from fraud or misrepresentation by a member,
  • any loss arising from exchange of personal details between members,
  • any loss arising from payments, deposits, or transfers made to another member,
  • any loss arising from title, authenticity, provenance, condition, or ownership disputes,
  • any indirect or consequential loss connected to member-to-member activity.

DriveGT does not guarantee that interactions on the platform are safe, complete, genuine, or suitable for transaction.

12. Reporting Problems

If you believe a member or vehicle is suspicious, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe, report it immediately through the platform or by contacting:

info@drivegt.com

DriveGT may investigate and take action including:

  • content removal,
  • offer restriction,
  • messaging restriction,
  • account suspension,
  • account termination,
  • data preservation for legal purposes.
